2021

We are targeting a ‘We’re Back’ informal concert in the Autumn to mark our return to live performance.

The first event of 2021 is an informal concert at Saint James’s Church in Slaithwaite on Sunday aftrenoon on October 3rd.  We’ll be together with our very own Colne Valley Boys Choir.

It’ll be great to be back!

We’ll definitely be back for Christmas – Fingers crossed!

Meanwhile, you are still invited to our Colne Valley Male Voice Choir Online Spring Concert

We went live on Saturday evening from 7.45pm

That’s Saturday April 3rd

This is the link.  (Or click here on ‘Your invitation.’ )

 https://youtu.be/i762LiLf9ms

Don’t worry if you weren’t around to join in that Saturday.  The link is still  available and will be for weeks to come.

Follow the same procedure: click on the invitation picture or add this link to your browser.

We look forward to your visit.

Thom Meredith adds:-

“Thank you for joining us to watch our online concert.  We really hope you enjoy it.

After such a difficult year, we are working hard to ensure that organisations such as ours continue to flourish. You can support us in our drive to ensure that male voice choir singing in the Colne Valley has a bright future:

If you are able to, please consider making a donation to the choir.

Details on how to do this can be found below.

Please spread the word about Colne Valley Male Voice Choir by sharing the link to this concert with family and friends – hopefully you’ll be able to join us in person at one of our concerts in the near future!

You can keep in touch with us by signing up for our newsletter, ‘Voice of the Valley’ by emailing our editor at: cvmvc_newsletter@yahoo.co.uk

It’s a great disappointment that the Pandemic continues to scupper performance and to keep the Choir and its audiences apart.  There’s reason to hope that concerts will resume later in 2021.  We  make our plans but there’s no knowing whether they will work out.
