We follow and fight Raditz.

Episode #2 of the first chapter of the story presented in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot presents us with an extremely difficult task. We have to face an opponent who can defeat us in a few minutes if we don't prepare well. It's worth spending some time studying and developing your character before we begin this task.

The mission: Follow the Raditz

After watching the scenes, we open the world map to take advantage of fast travel. We choose the village of Lucca as the target. When we regain control of the character, the next mission will begin.

The mission: Fight Raditz (the boss)

Now we have to deal with Raditz forever. It's worth getting ready long before this fight. Raditz now has 6 experience levels. We recommend that you reach at least level 5 of Son Goku and take advantage of all the character upgrades currently available.

With Z bullets, we can improve the attacks we already know, and with food, we can constantly increase the stats of the entire team. The power supply provides additional gain for a short time. It is worth eating food prepared before the fight.

When we are ready, we fly to the place where Raditz is waiting for us. After the exchange of proposals, the struggle begins in two stages.

Phase 1

In the first stage, we fight like Son Goku side by side with Piccolo. At this stage, it's worth using this advantage to save as many life points as possible. Combining your own super attacks with assists is also very effective.

The opponent will not wait quietly, but he will use various powerful techniques. Saturday's strike is the attack that can cause us the most trouble. Not only does it cause huge damage on its own, it can effectively immobilize us and be the result of a powerful combination.

Raditz announces when he is preparing to use this technique. When we notice the red aura around him and the name of the technique under his health indicator, we have to step back and prepare for a block, counter block, or dodge.

Phase 2

In the second stage, after a short break, we fight without Piccolo's help. Raditz will become more powerful and aggressive, so from the very beginning of the battle you need to be careful, especially his super attacks. He will now use powerful ranged attacks more often. Frequent evasion and blocking are key.

When Raditz prepares for his most powerful attack, he announces in typical style. Then we have to prepare to move up and down to bypass the energy flows. Evasion and protection in this case can bring more losses than benefits.

We still need to keep an eye out for hurricane Mondays and other melee attacks. After winning a battle, there is a long series of cutscenes and a transition to the next episode.
